摘 要:兆瓦级风电叶片静力加载试验目前一般采用多点同步逐级加载的方法实现。为解决静力加载试验多点同步协调控制及各加载点力耦合的问题,提出了一种不基于加载对象数学模型的静力加载自适应控制算法,并通过伺服绞车+力传感器+三坐标测量仪+控制采集装置搭建了试验系统,通过PLC根据算法调整伺服电机的转速以实时调整加载载荷的变化率,从而实现各加载点载荷同步、匀速、稳定变化。加载系统采用竖向加载方式,在满足试验要求的基础上大大节约了占地面积,经现场试验,加载时间控制在3 min以内,加载同步性控制在1%以内,最大载荷可达300 kN,对各种叶片适应性良好,具有一定的通用性。At present,the static loading test of megawatt level wind turbine blades is generally done by multi-point synchronous loading method.To solve the problem of multi-point synchronous coordination control and mutual coupling of forces at various loading points in static loading tests,an adaptive control algorithm based on free model is proposed,and the experimental system was built through servo loading system,force sensor,three coordinate measuring instrument and load controller.According to the method,the rotating speed of servo motor is adjusted to adjust the change rate of loading load in real time to realize the synchronous,uniform and stable change of loads at per point.The vertical loading mode is adopted for loading,which greatly saves the floor area on the basis of meeting the test requirements.The field test shows that the loading time is controlled within 3 min,and the loading synchronization is controlled within 1%,and the maximum load can reach 300 kN,which shows the method has good adaptability to various blades and has certain universality.
