摘  要:古代法律将父母等长辈面向子女后代开展的教育活动称为“教令”,并且形成了明显偏袒于长辈的法律制度。根据古代法律规定,父母等长辈在家庭教育活动中具有绝对权威,子女等后辈违背“教令”是犯罪行为。在这一法律体系之下,子女不遵从父母教育,动辄触犯法律。在古代法律影响下,传统家训涉及道德规矩、伦理思想的内容也得到广泛尊重与传播。当涉及古代家训的现代价值讨论时,必须充分考虑古代法律背景以及与之相应的社会伦理背景。In ancient times,the education activities used by parents and other elders towards their descendants were called'teaching orders'in the ancient laws,and a legal system that clearly favored the elders was formed.According to the ancient laws,parents and other elders had absolute authority in family education activities,and it was considered a criminal act for the younger generation to disobey the'teaching orders'.Under this legal system,children who did not obey their parents'education were often in direct violation of the law.Under the influence of ancient laws,traditional family teachings involving moral rules and ethical thoughts were widely respected and disseminated.When discussing the modern value of ancient family teachings,it is necessary to fully consider the background of ancient laws as well as the corresponding social and ethical background.
