摘  要:目前关于抑郁症的研究大多围绕神经元进行调控,而星形胶质细胞对抑郁症调控的非神经元机制尚未深入研究。星形胶质细胞是中枢神经系统数量最多、分布最广泛的胶质细胞,其结构和形态复杂,与神经突触、血管和其他神经胶质细胞相互调节,在多种神经精神系统疾病的发病和治疗中发挥重要作用。有研究显示,星形胶质细胞可能通过调节单胺递质水平、谷氨酸循环、突触可塑性、能量代谢和神经炎症等参与抑郁症的发生。本文就此进行综述,以期为抑郁症胶质细胞病理机制的发现和基于星形胶质细胞调控的新一代药物研发提供新思路。Most of the current research on depression focuses on neuronal regulation,while the astrocytic mechanism of depression is far from explored.Astrocytes are the most numerous and widely distributed glial cells in the central nervous system.With a complex structural morphology,astrocytes play an important role in a variety of neuropsychiatric disorders by interacting with neuronal synapses,vasculature and other glial cells.Recent studies have shown that astrocytes may be involved in depression by regulating monoamine transmitters,glutamate cycle,synaptic plasticity,energy metabo⁃lism,and neuroinflammation.This review is intended to inspire new ideas for the treatment of depres⁃sion and the development of novel drugs based on astrocyte regulation.
