摘 要:探讨数字化背景下混合式教学方法在职业院校实训教学中的应用效果,以武汉船舶职业技术学院在2022年全国职业院校船舶主机和轴系安装技能大赛中获得一等奖为背景,深入分析了“以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改,岗课赛证”创新模式的实际效果,展示了如何有效提升实训教学质量。通过船舶主机和轴系安装课程案例,详细阐述了大赛成果转化为实训教学创新的具体方法和步骤,结果表明,此方法不仅优化了教学资源,还促进了竞赛与实训教学的有效融合,推进了实训设备的升级改造,并加强了校企合作与产教融合。This paper aims to explore the application effect of blended teaching method in practical training teaching in vocational colleges under the digital background.Combined with the award-winning experience of the National Vocational Skills Competition,the author deeply analyzed the innovative teaching mode which integrate the job skills requirement,the course design,the skills competition and the qualification certificate demand into the teach-ing process,and applied the skills training experience of the competition to the teaching of Ship Main Engine and Shafting Installation course,successfully transforming the experience of the competition into practical training teaching innovation.This innovative teaching meth-od not only optimizes teaching resources,but also promotes the effective integration of com-petition and practical training teaching,promotes the upgrading and transformation of practi-cal training equipment,and strengthens the school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education.
