吉布斯反思循环教学模式在手外科新护士规范化培训中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探索在手外科专科护士培训中使用"吉布斯反思循环"教学方法,并分析该方法的培训效果。方法选取自2022年1月至2023年3月入职手外科参与规范化培训的护士60名为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组单纯采用传统教学模式进行培训,实验组采用传统教学模式与"吉布斯反思循环"教学模式相结合的方法。分析两种教学模式的效果。结果实验组护理满意度评分(98.67分)高于对照组(94.76分),实验组理论考核评分(92.34分)高于对照组(87.45分),实验组临床技能考核评分(86.57分)高于对照组(79.88分),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"吉布斯反思循环"教学方法的培训效果在患者护理满意度及理论和技能考核上都要优于常规教学培训。Objective To explore the use of the"Gibbs reflective cycle"teaching mode in the training of specialized nurses in hand surgery,and analyze the training effectiveness of this method.Methods Sixty nurses who participated in standardized training in hand surgery from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The control group only used traditional teaching mode for training,while the experimental group used a combination of traditional teaching mode and the"Gibbs reflective cycle"teaching mode.The effectiveness of two teaching modes were analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group(98.67 points)was higher than that of the control group(94.76 points),the theoretical assessment score of the experimental group(92.34 points)was higher than that of the control group(87.45 points),and the clinical skill assessment score of the experimental group(86.57 points)was higher than that of the control group(79.88 points),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The training effect of the"Gibbs reflection cycle"teaching mode is superior to conventional teaching mode in patient care satisfaction,theoretical and skill assessment.
