摘 要:为提高学生学习积极性,保证课堂教学质量达到预期标准,以教学全过程为研究目标,提出一种基于进化算法的教学全过程质量监控博弈分析方法。从制定科学培养策略、推动专业建设步伐等角度,创建教学全过程质量监控体系,引入利益关联概念,将教务处、教师和学生拟作博弈方,构建教学全过程质量监控博弈模型,构建组合支付矩阵计算博弈双方收益函数,明确不同环境下教师与学生的博弈均衡情况;使用进化算法求解博弈模型,初始化种群并随机生成二进制字符串,对种群采取变异、交叉操作,选择目标函数值较小个体为新种群个体,获得博弈求解结果。实验结果表明,经过监控博弈后有效培养了学生自主学习能力,考核成绩得到显著提升,学生就业能力也随之提高,实现既定教学实践目标。In order to improve students'learning enthusiasm and ensure that the quality of classroom teaching meets the expected standards,a game analysis method for quality monitoring of the entire teaching process based on evolutionary algorithms is proposed with the research goal of the entire teaching process.From the perspective of for⁃mulating scientific training strategies and promoting the pace of professional construction,a quality monitoring system was established for the entire teaching process,the concept of interest correlation was introduced,the Academic Af⁃fairs Office,teachers,and students were proposed as game players,a game model was modeled for quality monitoring in the entire teaching process,a combined payment matrix was constructed to calculate the revenue functions of both sides of the game,and the game equilibrium between teachers and students was clarified in different environments.Evolutionary algorithms were used to solve the game model,initialize the population and randomly generate binary strings,perform mutation and crossover operations on the population,select individuals with smaller objective function values as new population individuals,and obtain the game solution results.The experimental results show that after the monitoring game,students'autonomous learning ability has been effectively cultivated,their examination scores have been significantly improved,and their employability has also been improved,achieving the established teaching practice goals.
