摘  要:在混凝土预制构件的生产过程中,由于其种类繁多、数量庞大的特殊性,模具在模台上的分配会出现“组合爆炸”的情况,同时生产线上存在多种影响完工时间的因素,会使得寻找最优解的时间过长。于是提出一种改进低水平线定位算法结合改进蜂群算法(Improved Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm, IABC)的方法求解该问题。采用改进蜂群算法优化预制构件的上线顺序,依据上线序依次将每个构件所使用的模具分配到模台上,采用改进低水平线算法确定模具在模台上摆放的方向和位置。引入Levy飞行的思想实现变维度邻域搜索,采用反向学习改进新蜜源搜寻策略,丰富新蜜源的多样性,提高在解空间的搜索能力,最后通过实例进行测试,所提方法对于解决模具模台组合分配问题的有效性。In the production process of concrete precast components,due to the particularity of its wide variety and large quantity,the distribution of the mold on the mold table will have a"combination explosion",and there are many factors affecting the completion time on the production line,which will make the time to find the optimal solu⁃tion too long.A method combining a Low-Level Algorithm(LLA)and an Improved Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm(IABC)is proposed.An Improved Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm was used to optimize the order of the upper line,and the mold used for each member was sequentially assigned to the mold table according to the upper line.The LLA was used to determine the direction and position of the molds on the molds table.The idea of Levy flight was intro⁃duced to realize the variable-dimensional neighborhood search,the reverse learning was used to improve the search strategy of new nectar sources,enrich the diversity of new nectar sources and improve the search ability in the solu⁃tion space.Finally,an example test was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the method for solving the problem.
