摘 要:我国义务教育由基本均衡发展进入优质均衡发展新阶段,但我国乡村教育还存在生源不断流失,规模日渐缩减,乡村学生的学业水平和综合素质普遍低于城市学生等问题。城乡义务教育之间的差距已从物质条件、师资水平的差距上升到文化的差距。本文从家庭教育和学校教育两个方面分析城乡教育文化的差距和乡村文化的缺失,从构建全面发展指导体系,选拔培养本土教师,开设乡村文化实践课程,开发乡村文化校本教材以及创建乡村文化主题型学校五个方面提出对策建议,以期为乡村教育发展提供参考。China's compulsory education has entered a new stage of high-quality and balanced development from basic balanced development.However,there are still problems in rural education,such as continuous loss of students,decreasing scale,and generally lower academic and comprehensive quality of rural students compared to urban students.The gap between urban and rural compulsory education has risen from the gap in material conditions and teacher level to the gap in culture.This article analyzes the gap between urban and rural education culture and the lack of rural culture from two aspects:family education and school education,propose countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects:constructing a comprehensive development guidance system,selecting and cultivating local teachers,offering rural cultural practice courses,developing school-based rural cultural textbooks,and crea-ting rural cultural themed schools,in order to provide reference for the development of rural education.
