摘  要:全面认识亲师交往的基本属性,是建构良好亲师交往的基本前提,具有理论和实践的双重价值。基于亲师交往的二重性审视,现有亲师交往在逻辑起点、思维方式、对象性质等方面表现出明显的私人性倾向,这是对亲师交往公共性的湮没、僭越和侵蚀。基于亲师交往公共性的内涵,亲师交往包括公共理性、公共利益、公共伦理三个方面。超越亲师交往私人性的可行路径有:重构亲师交往的价值根基、厘清亲师交往的公私边界、确立亲师交往的机制规则。A comprehensive understanding of the basic attributes of parent-teacher communication is the basic premise of constructing good parent-teacher communication,which has both theoretical and practical value.Based on the duality of parent-teacher communication,the existing parent-teacher communication shows obvious private tendency in the logical starting point,thinking mode,object nature and so on,which is the annihilation,arrogation and erosion of the public nature of parent-teacher communication.Based on the connotation of public nature,parent-teacher communication also includes three aspects:public rationality,public interest and public ethics.[JP2]The feasible way to transcend the private nature of parent-teacher communication is to reconstruct the value foundation of parent-teacher communication,clarify the public-private boundary of parent-teacher communication,and establish the mechanism rules of parent-teacher communication.
