摘 要:依照《动物源性食品中头孢匹林、头孢噻呋残留量检测方法液相色谱-质谱/质谱法》(GB/T 21314—2007)测定牛奶中头孢噻呋的残留量,并评估测量结果的不确定度。结果表明,头孢噻呋测定结果为(64.8±5.8)μg·kg^(-1),置信区间为95%,包含因子k=2。测定牛奶中头孢噻呋的不确定度主要来源于标准工作液配制、标准曲线校准样品浓度。对此,应根据待测目标物的预估进样浓度,使用高精度量具配制标准工作液,以提高检测结果的准确性。The residue of ceftiofur in milk was determined according to GB/T 21314—2007,and the uncertainty of the measurement results was evaluated.The results showed that the result of ceftiofur was(64.8±5.8)μg·kg^(-1) with the confidence interval of 95%and the inclusion factor k=2.The uncertainty of the determination of ceftiofur in milk was mainly due to the preparation of the standard working solution and the concentration of the sample for calibration of the standard curve.In this regard,the standard working solution should be prepared according to the predicted injection concentration of the target to be measured,and the standard working solution should be prepared using a high-precision gauge to improve the accuracy of the results.
