摘 要:建立了气相色谱法同时测定板栗中2种常用有机磷杀虫剂残留量的分析方法。样品经乙腈提取、过滤、浓缩后,用丙酮定容,注入气相色谱仪,农药组分经DB-17毛细管柱分离,用火焰光度检测器检测,保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果显示,在10~500μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内,乐果和杀螟硫磷峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,检出限为0.006 mg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.02 mg·kg^(-1);加标回收率在84.01%~100.59%,相对标准偏差≤5.05%。该方法准确,前处理过程简便、快捷,适用于板栗中乐果和杀螟硫磷农药残留的检测分析。A method for the simultaneous determination of two common organophosphorus pesticides residues in chestnut by gas chromatography was established.The samples were extracted,filtered and concentrated by ethene,then fixed with acetone and injected into the gas chromatograph.The pesticide components were separated on a DB-17 capillary column,detected by a flame photometric detector,characterized by retention time and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that in the concentration range of 10~500μg·L^(-1),the peak areas of dimethoate and fenitrothion showed good linear correlation with the concentration,and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999.The limits of detection were 0.006 mg·kg^(-1),and the limits of quantification were 0.02 mg·kg^(-1).The recoveries of the spiked pesticides were in the range of 84.01%~100.59%,and the relative standard deviations were≤5.05%.The method is accurate,the pretreatment process is simple and fast,and is suitable for the detection and analysis of pesticide residues of dimethoate and fenitrothion in chestnut.
