摘  要:建立顶空进样-气相色谱测定着色剂叶绿素铜钠盐中溶剂残留量的分析方法。对平衡温度、分流比及色谱柱型号等参数进行考察,氢火焰离子化检测器(Flame Ionization Detector,FID)检测,内标法定量。结果表明,通过CD-624毛细管色谱柱分离,平衡温度设为80℃时效果最优,6种残留溶剂可实现完全分离,线性关系良好,r均大于0.999,加标回收率为84.50%~98.83%,相对标准偏差(n=6)均低于10%。该方法简单、快速、准确,可满足着色剂叶绿素铜钠盐中溶剂残留量的检测。A method was established for the determination of solvent residues in sodium copper chlorophyllin by headspace gas chromatography.The parameters such as equilibrium temperature,split ratio and chromatographic column model were investigated,detected by hydrogen f l ame ionization detector(FID)and quantified by internal standard method.The results showed that CD-624 capillary column was used for separation,and the equilibrium temperature was 80℃.The six residual solvents could be completely separated,and the linear relationship was good,r was greater than 0.999,and the recovery of spiked standard was 84.50%~98.83%,and the relative standard deviation(n=6)was less than 10%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the determination of solvent residues in sodium copper chlorophyllin.
