摘 要:建立离子色谱法测定特殊膳食食品中1,6-二磷酸果糖的分析方法。样品用水溶液溶解,经Ion Pac TM AS11-HC 4 mm×250 mm(带Ion Pac AG11-HC型保护柱4 mm×50 mm)分离,以200mmol/L NaOH+水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,进样量50μL,电导检测器(配抑制器装置)采集数据,外标法定量。1,6-二磷酸果糖在1~200 mg/L含量范围内线性良好,相关系数R^(2)=0.9999,3个浓度水平的加标回收率在90.3%~95.4%之间,精密度的相对标准偏差(n=3)为0.23%~0.60%。方法检出限为0.0005 g/100 g,定量限为0.001 g/100 g。该方法操作简便,准确度和精密度良好,适用于特殊膳食用食品中1,6-二磷酸果糖含量的测定。An analytical method for determination of fructose 1,6-bisphosphate in food for special dietary foods by Ion chromatography was established.The sample is dissoved in a water solution and separated by Ion Pac TM AS11-HC 4 mm×250 mm(4 mm×50 mm with Ion Pac AG11-HC type protective column),eluted with 200 mmol/L NaOH+water as the mobile phase gradient,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,column temperature 30℃,injection volume 50μL,conductivity detector(with suppressor device)to collect data,external standard quantification.The linearity of fructose 1,6-bisphosphate was good in the concentration range of 1–200 mg/L,the correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.9999,the recovery rates of the three concentration levels were between 90.3%and 95.4%,the relative standard deviation(n=3)was 0.23%–0.60%.The detection limit of the method was 0.0005 g/100 g,and the limit of quantification was 0.001 g/100 g.This method is easy to operate,has good accuracy and precision,and is suitable for the determination of fructose 1,6-bisphosphate content in special dietary foods.
