摘 要:从外部供应链的视角研究了企业如何提升数字化转型绩效的问题,集中探讨了供应商集中度和客户集中度对企业数字化转型绩效的影响。通过使用我国制造业上市公司2010—2021年间304家企业的3 344个均衡面板数据,实证研究结果发现:企业数字化转型对财务绩效有明显促进作用;供应商集中度能够增强企业数字化转型与财务绩效之间的正相关关系,这一调节效应在国有企业中更加明显;客户集中度对企业数字化转型与财务绩效之间关系的正向调节作用只在国有企业样本中成立。研究结论对企业调整供应链结构实现数字化转型收益具有一定借鉴意义。This paper studied how enterprises could improve their digital transformation performance from the perspective of external supply chains.The paper focused on the impact of supplier concentration and customer concentration on the firm digital transformation performance.By using 3344 balanced panel data from 304 listed companies in Chinese manufacturing industry from 2010 to 2021,the empirical research results showed that firm digital transformation had a significant promoting effect on firm financial performance;Supplier concentration can enhance the positive effect of digital transformation on firm financial performance,and this moderating effect is more evident in state-owned enterprises.The positive moderating effect of customer concentration on the relationship between digital transformation and firm financial performance was only established in the sample of state-owned enterprises.The conclusions of this paper had some guidance for firms to adjust their supply chain structure and achieve digital transformation benefits.
