脂肪胰的影像学与超声内镜诊断研究进展

摘　　要：随着国内外学者近几年对脂肪胰(胰腺脂肪浸润)的关注度越来越高,目前已有研究证实脂肪胰与2型糖尿病、脂肪肝、胰腺癌、胰腺炎等有密切关系,因此,早期诊断脂肪胰并做出干预有积极作用,组织活检是一项有创检查,无法在临床上常规开展,目前临床上诊断脂肪胰应用最多的是影像学检查,也有学者提出超声内镜是观察胰腺最好的方式,本文将总结临床上影像学与超声内镜诊断脂肪胰的研究进展。Domestic and foreign scholars pay more and more attention to the fatty pancreas(pancreatic fat infiltration)in recent years,some studies have confirmed that the fatty pancreas is closely related to type 2 diabetes,fatty liver,and pancreatic cancer.Therefore,early diagnosis of fatty pancreas and intervention will play a positive role in these diseases.A biopsy is an invasive examination and can not be carried out routinely in the clinic.At present,the most common application for diagnosing fatty pancreas in clinical practice is imaging examination,and some scholars have proposed that ultrasound endoscopy is the best way to observe the pancreas.This paper summarized the research progress of imaging and endoscopic ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of the fatty pancreas.
