摘　　要：目的 探讨BOPPPS模型用于非医务人员心肺复苏培训的教学效果。方法 选择2021年2月—12月中国人民解放军第三O五医院采用BOPPPS模型进行心肺复苏培训的非医务人员200例作为BOPPPS组,另选择2020年2月—12月采用传统培训模式进行心肺复苏培训的非医务人员52例作为非BOPPPS组。对比两组学习效果,并评估两组受训者对心肺复苏培训的满意度。结果 BOPPPS组和非BOPPPS组心肺复苏培训合格率均达到100%。BOPPPS组心肺复苏培训后优秀率、受训者满意度均显著高于非BOPPPS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 运用BOPPPS模型教学模式,可有效提升心肺复苏培训效果,提升非医务人员院前急救能力,应用价值较高,值得推广借鉴。Objective To explore the teaching effect of BOPPPS model in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training for non-medical staff.Methods 200 non-medical staff who received cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in BOPPPS model(February 2021 to December 2021)were selected as BOPPPS group,and 52 non-medical staff who received cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in traditional training model(February 2020 to December 2020)were selected as non-BOPPPS group.The learning effect of the two groups was compared,and the satisfaction of the trainees with cardiopulmonary resuscitation training was evaluated.Results The qualified rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in BOPPPS group and non-BOPPPS group was 100%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The excellent rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in BOPPPS group was significantly higher than that in non-BOPPPS group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of trainees in BOPPPS group was also significantly higher than that in non-BOPPPS group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of BOPPPS model teaching model,which can implement effective teaching measures according to the current situation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge of trainees,can effectively improve the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and enhance the pre-hospital first aid ability of non-medical staff.It has high application value and is worthy of promotion and reference.
