摘　　要：目的 探索机动医疗救护分队岗位评价指标构成要素,为实现科学、合理的岗位管理提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法在军队医院、研究院所等选取8名相关领域的专家作为研究对象,采用半结构式访谈法调查机动医疗救护分队岗位评价指标要素,借助NVivo12.0软件对访谈内容进行整理、编码、分类、归纳、提炼主题。结果 归纳出岗位准入、岗位技能、岗位强度、岗位环境、岗位职责5个层面,提炼出“岗位要求—岗位特性—岗位意义”阶梯式岗位评价模型。结论 在进行岗位评价时,应注重考察分队人员的能力和素质、岗位的责任和特性,为公正评价岗位、科学管理人员提供基础。Objective To explore the elements of job evaluation indicators in mobile medical rescue teams,and to provide a basis for achieving scientific and reasonable job management.Methods Eight experts in related fields were selected from military hospitals and research institutes by sampling method as research objects.Semi Structured interview was used to investigate the factors of job evaluation indicators of mobile medical rescue teams.NVivo 12.0 software was used to sort out,code,classify,summarize and refine the interview content.Results The job evaluation for the mobile medical service unit is based on a hierarchical job evaluation model that includes three levels:job requirements,job characteristics,and job significance.And 5 levels,namely job admission,job skills,job intensity,job environment,and job responsibilities.Conclusion When conducting job evaluation,attention should be paid to examining the abilities and qualities staff in the team,as well as the responsibilities and characteristics of the position,in order to provide a basis for fair evaluation of the position and scientific management of personnel.
