摘 要:博士后制度是国家培养创新型人才、扩大青年科技人才储备的重要制度,医学博士后是推动医学科技创新研究与转化的主要力量之一,在高校附属医院人才队伍建设和学科发展过程中发挥着重要作用。本研究以青岛大学附属医院为例,介绍了近年来博士后培养的现状、主要举措及成效,分析了管理工作中存在的问题,并提出了对高校附属医院博士后培养工作的思考与建议。Post-doctoral system is an important system for the country to train innovative talents and expand the reserve of young scientific and technological talents. Medical post-doctoral system is one of the main forces to promote the innovative research and transformation of medical science and technology, and plays an important role in the construction of talent team and discipline development of university affiliated hospitals. Taking The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University as an example, this study introduced the status quo, main measures and results of post-doctoral training in recent years, analyzed the problems existing in the management work, and put forward some thoughts and suggestions on the post-doctoral training in the affiliated hospitals of universities.
