净浆搅拌转速对混凝土性能的影响

摘　　要：净浆裹石是通过改善搅拌工艺提高混凝土性能的一种方式,净浆的流变性能对混凝土骨料的包裹效果有较大影响。基于此,通过调整净浆搅拌转速,研究净浆对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,随着净浆搅拌转速的升高,净浆黏度先降低后升高,当净浆的搅拌转速控制在1 200~1 500 r/min时,净浆黏度处于最低值,在此条件下将制备的净浆倒入骨料中制备的混凝土拌和物性能最佳,7 d和28 d抗压强度得到明显提升。Stone wrapping with clean slurry is a way to improve the performance of concrete by improving the mixing process,and the rheological properties of clean slurry have a significant impact on wrapping effect of concrete aggregates.Based on this,the effect of adjusting the mixing speed of the net slurry on performance of concrete was studied.The research results indicated that as the stirring speed of the slurry increases,the viscosity of the slurry first decreases and then increases.When the mixing speed of the net slurry is controlled between 1200 r/min and 1500 r/min,its viscosity is at a lower value.The concrete mixture prepared by pouring the prepared net slurry into the aggregate has the best performance,and the compressive strength is significantly improved at 7 d and 28 d.
