摘　　要：从国家治理现代化、社会治理现代化到国家安全现代化、公安治理现代化是新时代治理理论创新的基本逻辑。指导思想、基本目标、主要类型和重点任务构成公安治理现代化的主要内容。把握主要矛盾、明确使命任务、推进战略转型、厘清职能定位、融入基层治理、强化组织实施是公安治理现代化的思想组织保障。The basic logic to innovate the theory of governance in the new era is to transfer from modernizing the national governance and the social governance to modernizing the national security and public security governance.The main contents of public security governance theory include the guiding idea,the basic objectives,the main types,and the key tasks.In order to guarantee the public security governance ideologically and organizationally,the principal problems should be grasped,missions and tasks should be identified,strategic transformations should be promoted,functions should be clarified,grassroot governance should be integrated,and organization and practice should be strengthened.
