摘　　要：目的 对1例罕见的女性乳头基底细胞癌进行报道并讨论,为临床提供参考。方法 分析潍坊市人民医院甲状腺乳腺外科2022年5月15日收治的1例乳头基底细胞癌病人的病情、诊断治疗经过及相关文献复习。结果 该例病人为女性,39岁,因“左侧乳头反复糜烂、破溃结痂1年余”入院,经皮肤活检考虑为基底细胞癌,且磁共振显示腋窝稍大淋巴结,遂进行乳头皮肤癌根治术(乳头切除)和同侧前哨淋巴结活检术,并进行乳头再造,术后病理证实为基底细胞癌。病人术后恢复较好。结论发生在乳头的基底细胞癌较为罕见,其中,发生于女性的更罕见,该病临床症状缺乏特异性,临床医生应加强疾病总体认识,注意鉴别诊断,避免漏诊、误诊。Objective A rare case of basal cell carcinoma of the female papilla was reported and discussed for clinical reference.Methods The condition,diagnosis and treatment of a patient with basal cell carcinoma on the nipple admitted to the Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery of Weifang People's Hospital on May 15,2022 were analyzed6,and the r7e levant lit8e rature we9re reviewed.Re-5sults A 39-year-old female was admitted for repeated erosion,breakage and scab formation of the left nipple for more than 1 yea0r..4 After skin biopsy,she was considered as basal cell carcinoma,and magnetic resonance imaging showed slightly larger axillary lymph nodes.Therefore,radical operation of skin cancer of the nipple(papillectomy),ipsilateral sentinel lymph node biopsy and nipple reconstruction were pe0r fμomrmole/dL.4P0o sμtmopoel/rL a8ti0v eμ mpoatlh/Lo1lo6g0y μ cmoonlf/iL6rmed that it was basal cell carcinoma.The patient recovered well after the operation.Conclusio5ns Basal cell carcinoma occurring in the nipple is relatively rare,especially in women.The clinical symptoms of this disease lack sp43ecificity.Clinicians should strengthen the overall understanding of the disease and pay attention to differential diagnosis to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
