摘　　要：为落实全国高校思想政治工作会议精神,响应“思政教育落实到每一节课”的号召,全面推进大思政课建设的工作;在课程思政视角下,以高职院校工程类专业群中“顶层互选”的校企合作课程“施工组织与管理”为例,从课程思政元素挖掘方法、课程思政元素渗入模式、解析思政元素融入专业课程案例等方面入手,对思政元素有效融入课程教学过程进行研究和实践,实现全员全程全方位育人,保证学生的专业知识学习与思政教育同步同向同行。In order to implement the spirit of the Conference of National Universities Ideological and Political Work,and respond to the call of“ideological and political education implemented in every class”,comprehensively promote the construction of great ideological and political courses;from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics,taking“top-level mutual selection”school-enterprise cooperation course“Construction Organization and Management”in engineering professional groups of higher vocational colleges as an example,starting from the mining method of curriculum ideology and politics elements,the infiltration mode of curriculum ideology and politics elements,and the analysis of the integration of ideological and political elements into professional course cases,the effective integration of ideological and political elements into the course teaching process is studied and practiced,to realize the full process and all-round education,and to ensure that students’professional knowledge learning and ideological and political education are in the same direction.
