新发展理念视域下高职国际化人才培养模式研究与实践——以水利水电设备类专业为例

摘　　要：在新发展理念视域下,为了培养既能扎根国内基层水电站,又能随时服务国际水电行业,传递中国新技术,展示中国匠人风采的新时代水利水电设备技术技能型人才,研究并实践了“3的6次方”国际化人才培养模式。该模式将标准、技术、创新作为教学理念;以德技融合、赛证融合、专创融合重构教学内容;依托虚实结合实训中心、课程资源中心、机电一体化创新中心丰富培养形式;使用虚实体验式第一课堂、实践活动式第二课堂、线上沉浸式第三课堂实施教学;构建“学思践悟”闭环螺旋递增式教学形态;实现了能操作、能创新和能精工的育人目标,提升了高职水利水电设备类人才国际化培养实效。From the perspective of the new development concept,in order to cultivate the technical talents of water conservancy and hydropower equipment in the new era who can not only take root in the domestic grass-roots hydropower station,but also serve the international hydropower industry at any time,transmit China’s new technology,and show the style of Chinese craftsmen,the“3 to the sixth power”international talent training mode has been studied and practiced.The mode takes standard,technology and innovation as the teaching concept;reconstruct the teaching content by virtue and technology integration,competition and certification integration and professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education integration;rely on the combination of virtual and practical training center,curriculum resource center,mechatronics innovation center to enrich the training form;use virtual and real experiential first class,practical activity type second class,online immersive third class to implement teaching;construct the closed-loop spiral increasing teaching pattern of“learning,thinking and practicing enlightenment”;it has achieved the education goal of being able to operate,being innovative and being able to precision,and has improved the international training effect of higher vocational water conservancy and hydropower equipment talents.
