摘  要:国有企业推进数字化转型在促进自身发展升级时也能产生广泛的社会价值。基于2007—2020年上市企业数据,对非国有资本参股与国有企业数字化转型的关系及其内在机理进行实证分析。研究结果表明:国有企业在数字化转型中面临情境式困境,非国有资本参股通过加强企业创新动力、激发高管企业家精神与完善人才激励机制促进数字化转型,从而实现国有经济的高质量发展,但其效果会因国有企业特征、非国有资本特征以及外部环境特征有所差异。The digital transformation of state-owned enterprises can not only promote their own transformation and upgrading,but also produce a wide range of social value.How to promote the digital transformation of stateowned enterprises has become an important issue at present.This paper first analyzes the situational dilemma of state-owned enterprises in digital transformation compared with non-state-owned enterprises from three perspectives:“unwilling to transform”,“dare not transform”and“unable to transform”.This paper then examines whether non-state-owned capital participation,as the major form of current mixed reform of state-owned enterprises,is a workable solution for promoting digital transformation of state-owned enterprises.Based on the data of listed companies from 2007 to 2020,this paper finds that:first,non-state-owned capital participation has a positive impact on state-owned enterprisesdigital transformation,exploratory digital transformation and exploitative digital transformation significantly,which verifies that non-state-owned capital participation can promote state-owned enterprisesdigital transformation effectively.Second,non-state-owned capital participation is found that enhancing the innovation power of enterprises,stimulating the entrepreneurial spirit of executives and improving the talent incentive mechanism to resolve the situational dilemma of“unwilling to transform”,“dare not transform”and“unable to transform”in the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises,thus achieving the promotion effect on the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises.Third,the promotion effect of non-state-owned capital participation on state-owned enterprisesdigital transformation varies with the characteristics of state-owned enterprises,non-state-owned capital and external environment.For instance,When the enterprise locates in the central and western regions,the proportion of non-state-owned economy in the environment is high,and industrial background of non-state-owned capit
