摘 要:全球经济数字化持续激发经济社会发展的新动力,随着化工产业向智能化、高端化发展,对人才的需求也发生根本性的变化。如何系统构建适应产业发展需求的人才培养体系,实现高素质技术技能人才的培养目标,满足新时代企业的用人需求,已成为高职院校教育改革的重点。文章针对高职化工专业在人才培养中面临的三个问题,从师资队伍、产教融合、课程体系及教学环节四个方面探讨了专业转型升级的策略,旨在为同类专业提供参考。The digitalization of the global economy continues to generate new impetus for economic and social development.With the development of the chemical industry to intelligence and high-end,the demand for talent has also undergone fundamental changes.How to systematically build a talent cultivation system that meets the needs of industrial development,achieve the goal of cultivating highquality technical and skilled talents,and meet the employment needs of enterprises in the new era has become the focus of educational reform in vocational colleges.Aiming at the three problems in the talent cultivation of chemical engineering major in higher vocational education,this paper explores the strategies for professional transformation and upgrading from four aspects:teaching staff,integration of industry and education,curriculum system and teaching links,aiming to provide reference for similar majors.
