近代实业家马伯声实业之路述略

摘　　要：马伯声出身贫寒,曾作为一战华工出国,从此开拓视野,立志实业救国。回国后,他凭聪明能干在保险公司崭露头角,成为公司经理。之后,开始其实业实践,在山东多地投资创办仁德粉厂、青州永年电器面粉公司等多家中小工厂。鉴于日本人在华开办纱厂攫取高额利润,他联合多人,费尽心力创办并长期经营机器新、管理科学的仁丰纱厂。他还在家乡泰安开办仁德果园、泰山林业公司来引进优良果种、植树造林。在长期的实践中,他重视与军政要人的交往、联合众人兴办实业、聘请专业人才、注重产业的“现代化”以及培训工人。囿于时代,马伯声的实业受到了诸多阻碍和破坏,但也有力的推动了山东的现代化进程。Ma Bosheng came from a poor background and went abroad as a Chinese worker in World War I to broaden his horizons.From then on,he aspired to save the country through industry.After returning to China,he rose to prominence in an insurance company with his intelligence and ability,becoming a company manager.Afterwards,he began his industrial practice and invested in establishing several small and medium-sized factories in Shandong,including Rende Powder Factory and Qingzhou Yongnian Electrical Flour Company.Given that the Japanese were operating a yarn factory in China to extract high profits,he teamed up with many people and made great efforts to establish and operate the Renfeng yarn factory,which was a new and scientifically managed enterprise.He also set up Rende Orchard and Mount Taishan Forestry Company in his hometown Tai’an to introduce fine fruit species and plant trees.In long-term practice,he attached great importance to communication with military and political figures,collaborating with others to establish industries,hiring professional talents,modernizing industries,and training workers.Due to the limitations of the times,Ma Bosheng’s industry has been hindered and destroyed,but it has also effectively promoted the modernization process of Shandong.
