隔姜灸联合温针疗法分经论治风寒外袭型面神经麻痹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察隔姜灸联合温针疗法分经论治风寒外袭型面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:按照随机对照的原则将67例风寒外袭型面神经麻痹的患者分为两组。治疗组34例予隔姜灸联合温针疗法,分经辨证取穴;对照组予常规针刺治疗,两组均以6次为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。记录两组患者治疗前后House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级、中医症状评分的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.11%,对照组总有效率为78.12%,组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组H-B面神经功能分级评价、中医症状评分治疗前后组内比较、治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取隔姜灸联合温针疗法治疗风寒外袭型面神经麻痹,分经络辨证论治,可以明显改善面神经功能,提高治疗总效率。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ginger-separated moxibustion and warm needling for treating exopathogenic cold wind-affected facial nerve paralysis according to diferent meridian.Methods:67 cases of patients with exopathogenic cold wind-affected facial nerve paralysis were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control.34 cases of treatment group were treated with ginger-separated moxibustion and warm needling,and the acupoints were selected by syndrome differentiation and according to diferent meridian;while 33 cases of control group were treated with conventional needling.To treat 6 times was taken as a course of treatment.The two groups were treated for three courses.The changes of House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function grading and TCM symptom score of patients were recorded in two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 94.11%in the treatment group and 78.12%in the control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Compared H-B facial nerve function grading evaluation and TCM symptom score in the group before and after treatment as well as between two groups after treatment respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Ginger-separated moxibustion and warm needling for treating exopathogenic cold wind-affected facial nerve paralysis by syndrome differentiation and according to diferent meridian can significantly improve the function of facial nerve and enhance the clinical efficacy.
