摘 要:任职教育是以岗位为牵引、以获取任职所需的知识、能力、素质为目的的教育,教员是任职教育的具体实践者,教员队伍的能力素质是决定任职教育课程质量的关键因素。任职教育课程在挤“水”淘“金”、打造“思政体现引领性、内容注重先进性、方法关注实用性、考核呈现动态性”的“金课”过程中,对教员职业水平、专业能力、时效意识、精力投入等提出更高要求,任职教育“金课”建设与教员队伍建设相辅相成、同向同行。Professional education is guided by post and aimed at acquiring the knowledge,ability and quality required for the job.Teachers are specific practitioners of professional education,and the ability and quality of teachers are key factors determining the quality of professional education courses.In the process of squeezing“water”and“gold”,creating the“golden course”which“reflects the leading ideology and politics,pays attention to the advanced content,pays attention to the practical method and presents the dynamic assessment”,the professional level,professional ability,prescription consciousness and energy investment of the faculty are put forward higher requirements.The construction of the“golden course”of the professional education and the construction of the faculty team complement each other and go in the same direction.
