摘 要:文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实地调研法等研究方法,针对东北地区高校冬季体育教学过程中的薄弱环节进行梳理与完善,确立符合地域性的冬季体育课教学目标,以学情分析为抓手,丰富冬季体育课教学内容,开发地域场地资源,优化课程设置,改进冬季体育课教学方法,以“冬奥会”发展为契机,激发东北地区大学生冰雪项目学习热情,引导学生走进冰雪课程,推进冰雪运动进校园进程,提升东北地区高校冬季体育课教学效果,助力实现“三亿人参与冰雪运动”任务目标。经过阶段性的研究与实践,在开发冰雪课程场地资源的基础上,增设符合当代大学生需求的冬季课程内容,越野滑雪、高山滑雪、速度滑冰等冬季项目受到学生的大力追捧,通过优化冬季体育课程设置,大学生参与冰雪运动的兴趣得以激发,课堂参与冰雪运动的人数大幅度提升,通过冬季体育课程教学方法的改进,学生在课程中掌握运动技能的时间大幅度缩减,使学生在1~2次课程学习中可以初步进行所选冰雪项目活动,加速建立学生的学习自信,使更多大学生在课外时间自主参与到冰雪运动中来。This paper adopts research methods such as literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and field research to sort out and improve the weak links in the winter physical education teaching process in universities in Northeast China.It establishes regional winter physical education teaching objectives based on an analysis of students'learning,enriches winter physical education teaching content,develops regional venue resources,optimizes curriculum settings,and improves winter physical education teaching methods.By taking the development of the Winter Olympics as an opportunity,the study aims to stimulate the enthusiasm of college students in Northeast China for studying ice and snow sports,guide them to participate in ice and snow courses,promote the process of ice and snow sports entering the campus,improve the teaching effectiveness of winter sports courses,and help achieve the goal of“300 million people participating in ice and snow sports”.After phased research and practice,based on the development of ice and snow course venue resources,winter course content that meets the needs of contemporary college students has been added.Winter events such as cross country skiing,alpine skiing,and speed skating have been highly sought after by students.By optimizing the winter sports curriculum,college students'interest in participating in ice and snow sports has been stimulated,and the number of students participating in ice and snow sports in the classroom has significantly increased,Through the improvement of teaching methods in winter physical education courses,the time for students to master sports skills in the course has been significantly reduced,allowing them to initially engage in selected ice and snow sports activities in 1-2 courses,accelerating the establishment of students'learning confidence,and enabling more college students to independently participate in ice and snow sports outside of class.
