摘　　要：本文研究了全面质量管理(TQM)在软件研制项目过程管理中的应用,通过分析TQM在软件行业的应用现状、介绍TQM的基本概念、原则和方法,并探讨了其在软件研制项目中的作用。研究发现,TQM的应用可以帮助软件研制团队提高产品质量、降低成本、减少缺陷、优化流程、提高客户满意度等方面具有显著的优势。通过实施TQM,软件研制方可更好地满足客户需求,提高市场竞争力,进而实现可持续发展。本文提出了将TQM应用于软件研制项目过程管理中的方法和策略,旨在为软件企业的质量管理提供新的思路和方法,并对推动软件行业的持续发展具有重要的意义。This article investigates the application of Total Quality Management(TQM)in software development project process management.By analyzing the current application status of TQM in the software industry,this article introduces the basic concepts,principles,and methods of TQM,and explores its role in software development projects.Research has found that the application of TQM has significant advantages in helping software development teams improve product quality,reduce costs,reduce defects,optimize processes,and improve customer satisfaction.By implementing TQM,software developers can better meet customer needs,improve market competitiveness,and ultimately achieve sustainable development.This article proposes a method and strategy for applying TQM to the process management of software development projects,aiming to provide new ideas and methods for quality management in software enterprises,and has important significance in promoting the sustainable development of the software industry.
