摘　　要：随着全球工业化进程的不断发展,提高生产效率、降低成本成为各行各业的共同目标。在物料运输领域,高架料斗作为一种常见的装卸设备,扮演着至关重要的角色。为提高作业效率、避免人机交叉作业,本文对料斗放料装置进行自动化改造,实现了现场自动化、无人操作,旨在提高生产效率、减少人力成本,确保操作过程的安全性。With the continuous development of global industrialization,improving production efficiency and reducing costs have become common goals for various industries.In the field of material transportation,elevated hoppers play a crucial role as a common loading and unloading equipment.In order to improve work efficiency and avoid cross operation between humans and machines,this article carries out automation transformation on the feeding device of the hopper,achieving on-site automation and unmanned operation,aiming to improve production efficiency,reduce labor costs,and ensure the safety of the operation process.
