摘　　要：食品、药品安全问题备受社会关注,新型的食品检测技术能够保障食品的整体质量和安全,为人们的正常生活提供可靠保障。基于此,本文分析了气相色谱技术的基础概念及相关原理,旨在更好地将气相色谱技术应用在食品药品安全检测中,为食品药品安全检测技术的发展提供参考依据,确保食品和药品的安全。Food and drug safety issues have attracted social attention,and new food testing technologies can ensure the overall quality and safety of food,providing reliable guarantees for people's normal lives.Based on this,this article analyzes the basic concepts and related principles of gas chromatography technology,aiming to better apply gas chromatography technology in food and drug safety testing,provide reference basis for the development of food and drug safety monitoring technology,and ensure the safety of food and drugs.
