摘 要:目的探究苯酚在病理技术苏木精-伊红(HE)染色法中对病理切片质量的影响。方法选取2022年3月至2023年1月赣州市妇幼保健院纳入的80例实施病理诊断的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组病理切片采用常规HE染色,观察组病理切片在对照组的基础上联合苯酚染色。评估两组患者病理切片诊断准确率、病理切片质量。结果观察组病理切片诊断准确率为92.50%,高于对照组的病理切片诊断准确率(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.501,P=0.034)。观察组病理切片质量优良率为100.00%,高于对照组病理切片质量优良率(85.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.505,P=0.034)。结论苯酚应用于病理技术HE染色效果明显,可有效提高病理切片诊断准确率以及病理切片质量,为临床诊断和治疗相关疾病提供科学合理技术手段。Objective To investigate the effect of phenol on the quality of pathological sections by hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining.Methods A total of 80 patients with pathological diagnosis in Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The pathological sections of the control group were stained with conventional HE,and the pathological sections of the observation group were stained with phenol on the basis of the control group.The diagnostic accuracy and quality of pathological sections of the two groups were evaluated.Results The diagnostic accuracy of pathological sections in the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than that in the control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.501,P=0.034).The quality of pathological sections in the observation group was 100.00%,higher than that in the control group(85.00%),with statistical significance(χ^(2)=4.505,P=0.034).Conclusion The application of phenol in HE staining has obvious effect,which can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy and quality of pathological sections,and provide scientific and reasonable technical means for clinical diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
