摘  要:目的研制一种能自动挤压控制潮气量的简易呼吸器并探讨其功能。方法标准测试条件下,将该仪器、呼吸机检测仪和模拟肺通过呼吸管路连接,不同干预措施下对其进行功能测试,记录潮气量、呼吸频率和吸呼比。计量资料采用方差分析或Friedman检验,计数资料采用卡方检验或Fisher精确检验进行比较。最后评估其呼吸参数是否满足性能指标要求,从而验证该仪器主要呼吸参数的准确、使用的安全性和稳定性。结果在标准测试条件下,自动挤压并精准控制潮气量的简易呼吸器设定潮气量、呼吸频率、吸呼比输出的最大误差分别在±15%、±10%、±10%以内,部分常用呼吸参数校准点均有较高的准确性,且操作者通气3 h,呼吸参数数据仍然保持准确且稳定。结论自动挤压并精准控制潮气量的简易呼吸器的呼吸参数数据输出是准确、稳定、可靠的,一定程度上提高了简易呼吸器通气效率,节省操作人力及培训成本。Objective To develop a simple respirator capable of automatically squeezing and controlling tidal volume and to explore its function.Methods Under standard test conditions,the apparatus,ventilator detector and simulated lungs were connected through respiratory lines,and its function was tested under different interventions.The tidal volume,respiratory rate and expiratory time/inspiratory time ratio were recorded.The analysis of variance or Friedman test was used for comparison of measurement data,and the Chi-square or Fisher exact test was used for counting data.Its respiratory parameters were evaluated to see if they met the performance index requirements,thus verifying the accuracy of the main respiratory parameters of the apparatus,and the safety and stability of its use.Results Under the standard experimental conditions,the maximum output-errors of tidal volume,respiratory rate and expiratory time/inspiratory time ratio of the simple ventilator with automatic compression and precise control of tidal volume were within±15%,±10%and±10%,respectively,and the calibration points of some commonly used respiratory parameters were all highly accurate,and the respiratory parameter data remained accurate and stable even after 3 h of ventilation.Conclusions The respiratory parameter data of the simple ventilator with automatic compression and precise control of tidal volume is accurate,stable and reliable,which improves the ventilation efficiency of the simple ventilator to a certain extent,and saves the operator's manpower and training cost.
