油气田用集装箱式柴油发电机组的设计

摘　　要：为了满足油气田钻探设备主用电源的需求,设计了660V油气田用集装箱式柴油发电机组。结果表明:该机组具有紧急停机防爆、启动防爆及排气防爆功能,且具有箱体进风防沙尘功能;并具有集控并机功能,以及远程实时监控机组运行状况、故障报警及在线诊断和服务等功能;机组的动态指标能力强,可适应用户现场负载频繁突变,输出稳定且可靠性高,还具有功能非常全面的自动控制及保护能力。In order to meet the demand of main power supply for oil and gas field drilling equipment,a 660V container diesel generator set for oil and gas field is designed.The results show that the unit has the functions of emergency stop explosion-proof,start explosion-proof and fire star explosion-proof,and has the sand and dust prevention function of box inlet air.It also has the functions of centralized control and parallel operation,remote real-time monitoring of unit running status,fault alarm and online diagnosis and service.The dynamic index ability of the unit is strong,can adapt to the frequent sudden change of the user's on-site load,the output is stable and high reliability,but also has a very comprehensive function of automatic control and protection.
