全身应用抗生素辅助牙周局部治疗青少年牙周炎患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究青少年牙周炎患者全身应用抗生素辅助牙周局部治疗的效果。方法抽取52例青少年牙周炎患者为此次研究对象,根据救治方案不同分为参照组(n=26)和观察组(n=26)。参照组采用常规药物开展牙周炎局部治疗,观察组在参照组基础上采用全身抗生素辅助治疗。对比两组疾病救治总有效率,康复时间,治疗前后各牙周指标水平变化,治疗前后牙周炎炎症指标变化。结果观察组患者疾病救治总有效率96.15%较参照组76.92%更高(P<0.05)。观察组患者炎症吸收时间(5.03±2.01)d、疼痛消失时间(7.05±0.69)d较参照组的(6.23±1.98)、(8.26±1.02)d更短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者出血指数、临床附着水平、菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度较治疗前均有显著改善,且组间对比可知,观察组患者出血指数、临床附着水平、菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度较参照组更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白较治疗前均有显著改善,且组间对比可知,观察组患者血清降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白较参照组更低(P<0.05)。结论对青少年牙周炎患者全身应用抗生素辅助牙周局部治疗,可提升疾病救治总有效率,促疾病康复,并改善患者的牙龈状况、炎症状况,有积极的临床价值。Objective To explore the effect of systemic antibiotic therapy and periodontal local treatment for adolescent patients with periodontitis.Methods 52 adolescent patients with periodontitis were selected as the subjects of this study,and divided into a reference group(n=26)and an observation group(n=26)according to different treatment plans.The reference group received local treatment of periodontitis with conventional drugs,and the observation group received systemic antibiotic therapy on the basis of the reference group.The total effective rate of disease treatment,recovery time,changes of periodontal indexes before and after treatment,and changes of inflammatory indexes of periodontitis before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of disease treatment was 96.15%in the observation group,which was higher than 76.92%in the reference group(P<0.05).The observation group had inflammatory absorption time of(5.03±2.01)d and pain disappearance time of(7.05±0.69)d,which were shorter than(6.23±1.98)and(8.26±1.02)d in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bleeding index,clinical attachment level,plaque index and periodontal probing depth of patients in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the comparison between groups showed that the bleeding index,clinical attachment level,plaque index and periodontal probing depth of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum procalcitonin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein were significantly improved in both groups compared with before treatment,and inter-group comparison showed that the serum calcitonin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systemic antibiotic therapy and periodontal local treatment for adolescent patients with periodontitis can improve the total effective rate of disease treatment,promote disease recov
