摘  要:目的分析放射肿瘤科专业住院医师规范化培训中应用迷你临床演练评估(Mini Clinical Exercise Evaluation,Mini-CEX)联合操作技能直接观察评估(Direct Observation And Evaluation of Operational Skills,DOPS)评价体系的效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年3月潍坊医学院附属医院的52名规培学员为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,每组26例,对照组每2周接受1次Mini-CEX考核,研究组每2周进行1次Mini-CEX联合DOPS评价体系考核,两组均接受4次考核评价,考核时间为20 min/次。对比两组考核成绩、学习能力提升情况。结果研究组体格检查、人文关怀、医患沟通能力、专业素养、组织能力、临床综合素质及总体判断能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组出科理论考核、出科技能考核得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组临床思维水平、临床沟通能力、实践操作技能及学习积极性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论放射肿瘤科专业住院医师规范化培训中应用Mini-CEX联合DOPS评价体系,可提高学员对理论及技能知识掌握度,促进学员学习能力提高。Objective To analyze the effect of applying Mini Clinical Exercise Evaluation(Mini-CEX)combined with Direct observation and evaluation of operational skills(DOPS)evaluation system in the standardized training of radiation oncology residents.Methods A total of 52 trainees from Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from June 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and research group by random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group received a Mini-CEX assessment once every 2 weeks,and the research group received a Mini-CEX combined DOPS assessment system assessment once every 2 weeks.Both groups received 4 assessments,and the assessment time was 20 minutes each time.Compare the assessment results and learning ability improvement of the two groups.Results The scores of physical examination,humanistic care,doctor-patient communication ability,professionalism,organizational ability,comprehensive clinical quality and overall judgment ability of the research group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the scores of test theory and test skill of research group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of clinical thinking level,clinical communication ability,practical operation skills and learning enthusiasm of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Mini-CEX combined with DOPS evaluation system in the standardized training of radiation oncology residents can improve students'mastery of theoretical and technical knowledge and promote the improvement of students'learning ability.
