摘　　要：目的分析医院环境卫生监督管理中PDCA循环模式的应用价值。方法以2022年1—12月枣庄市薛城区人民医院20名医务人员为观察对象,2022年1—6月实施常规监督管理,2022年7—12月实施PDCA循环模式,分析不同管理方式下的工作效率,并选取多个样本测定各项环境管理工作的合格率,统计院内感染的发生率。结果PDCA管理下工作效率评分均较常态管理下高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDCA管理下环境管理合格率均比常规管理高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDCA管理下院内感染发生率低于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院环境卫生监督管理工作中采取PDCA循环模式可以有效改善医院环境卫生质量,提升环境卫生管理效率,降低院内感染发生率。Objective To analyze the application value of PDCA cycle model in hospital environmental health supervision and management.Methods 20 medical staff in Xuecheng District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang City from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation object.The regular supervision and management was implemented from January to June 2022,and the PDCA cycle mode was implemented from July to December 2022.The work efficiency under different management methods was analyzed,and a number of samples were selected to measure the pass rate of various environmental management work,and the incidence of nosocomial infection was calculated.Results The work efficiency scores were higher under PDCA management and lower under normal management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The environmental management qualification rate under PDCA management were all higher than those under conventional management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection under PDCA management was lower than that under conventional management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting PDCA cycle mode in hospital environmental health supervision and management can effectively improve the quality of hospital environmental health,enhance the efficiency of environmental health management.
