摘 要:目的探讨在感染科护士管理中实施创新型管理模式的效果。方法选取2022年7月—2023年6月鄂州市第三医院感染科任职的10名护士为研究对象,2022年7—12月为管理前,实施常规管理模式,2023年1—6月为管理后,基于常规管理,加用创新型管理模式,对管理前后的护理质量、综合素养和满意度进行比较。结果管理前护理质量低于管理后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护士综合素养优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护士满意度高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在感染科护士管理中采取创新型管理模式,可以提高护理质量,还有助于护士综合素养和满意度的提高。Objective To explore the effect of implementing innovative management model in the management of nurses in the department of infection.Methods A total of 10 nurses working in the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Third Hospital of Ezzhou from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.From July to December 2022 as the pre-management,conventional management mode was implemented,from January to June 2023 as the post-management,based on conventional management,innovative management mode was added.The nursing quality,comprehensive literacy and satisfaction were compared before and after the management.Results The quality of nursing before management was lower than that after management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive quality of nurses after management was better than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses after management was higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the innovative management mode in the management of infection nurses can improve the quality of nursing,and also contribute to the improvement of nurses'comprehensive literacy and satisfaction.
