案例教学法对接种门诊医务人员突发公共卫生事件应对能力提升的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析案例教学法对接种门诊医务人员突发公共卫生事件应对能力提升的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月在邹城市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心接种门诊工作的9名医务人员为研究对象,2021年1—12月实施常规培训管理,2022年1—12月实施案例教学法培训管理。比较实施前后接种门诊医务人员应急能力考核的成绩、医务人员自我效能感评分及急救能力。结果实施后应急能力考核成绩、自我效能感评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实施后应对突发公共卫生事件的急救能力高于实施前,急救启动时间短于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法在接种门诊医务人员突发公共卫生事件能力培养与管理当中的应用可以提升医务人员应对突发事件的能力与水平,增强医务人员自我效能感,提升医务人员应对突发事件的速度。Objective To analyze the effect of case teaching method on the improvement of public health emergency response ability of medical staff in vaccination clinics.Methods 9 medical staff working in the vaccination clinic of Zoucheng Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected.Routine training management will be implemented from January to December 2021,and case teaching method training management will be implemented from January to December 2022.The results of emergency response ability assessment,self-efficacy rating and emergency response ability of medical staff were compared before and after implementation.Results The results of emergency response ability assessment and the score of self-efficacy of medical staff after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the differences wer statistically significant(both P<0.05).The first aid ability of medical personnel to deal with public health emergencies after implementation was higher than before implementation,and the start time of first aid was shorter than before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of case teaching method in the training and management of public health emergencies of medical personnel in vaccination outpatient clinics can improve the ability and level of medical personnel to cope with emergencies,enhance their sense of self-efficacy,and improve the speed of medical personnel to cope with emergencies.
