摘 要:实体论哲学奉行世界有着不变的本体或普遍的本质,它规定着万事万物的存在及运行秩序。实体论在发展观上是决定论的,历史观上是保守的。深受实体论哲学影响的传统教育教学观念及其实践根本阻碍了创新教育及创新人才培养。造就时代需要的创新人才,必须破除实体论教育哲学,确立以主体性和能动性为核心的实践论教育哲学,并以此为基点,构建以学生为中心的创新教育体系,重审教育本质与目的,改进教育治理结构,变革评价机制,加快教育数字化转型。The philosophy of Entity Theory believes that the world has an unchanging essence or universal nature,which stipulates the existence and operation order of everything,and it is deterministic in its view of development and conservative in its view of history.The traditional concept of education and teaching and its practice,which is deeply influenced by the philosophy of entity theory,fundamentally hinders innovative education and the cultivation of innovative talents.To create the innovative talents needed in the era,it is necessary to break down the philosophy of entity theory of education,establish the philosophy of practice theory of education,which is centered on subjectivity and mobility,and use it as a base to build a student-centered innovative education system,reexamine the nature and purpose of education,improve the governance structure of education,change the evaluation mechanism,and accelerate the digital transformation of education.
