摘　　要：在当前“五育”并举的教育背景下,劳动教育作为学生成长的“必修课”和全面育人的“助推器”被广泛关注。而研学教育作为综合实践育人的有效途径,契合促进教育与生产劳动、社会实践相结合的理念,为新时代人才培养提供了新的教育方式。劳动教育与研学教育耦合发展是深化实践育人价值的重要举措,是推进高等教育理论与实践相结合的重要基础,也是提升劳动教育实施效果的必然要求。高校可以通过开展红色文化、乡土文化、非遗文化和创新创业教育为契机,构建二者耦合模式。从加强环境支持体系建设、注重课程体系优化设计、强化学习载体共建共享及深化参与主体协作共生方面探索二者耦合的路径。The coupled development of labor education and research education is an important measure to deepen the value of practical education,an important foundation for promoting the integration of higher education theory and practice,and an inevitable requirement for improving the implementation effect of labor education.Colleges and universities can take the opportunity of red culture,local culture,intangible cultural heritage culture,and innovation and entrepreneurship education to build a coupling model between the two.The path of coupling the two can be explored by strengthening the construction of environmental support systems,emphasizing the optimization and design of curriculum systems,strengthening the co construction and sharing of learning carriers,and deepening the collaboration and symbiosis of participants.
