摘　　要：廉洁文化,是个人秉持清廉自律的追求、政治形成海晏河清的生态、社会构建拒腐崇廉的风尚的行为规范,是以廉洁的价值取向和精神追求影响、制约、左右人的一切活动中所形成的深层机理。文化哲学视野中,廉洁文化的自在源于中华优秀传统文化,闪耀着民族精神,彰显着中国风格和中国气派。马克思主义的科学性激活了廉洁文化的先进性,使之成为具有人民立场、问题意识和实践品格的自觉文化。习近平文化思想赋予廉洁文化新时代的理论内涵和使命担当,从文化、中华优秀传统文化、马克思主义与中华优秀传统文化相结合、文化自觉与自信、全人类共同价值等多维视角指引新时代廉洁文化从自在走向自觉。The culture of integrity is the behavioral norms related to the pursuit of personal integrity and self-discipline,the formation of a good and clean political ecosystem,and the construction of social morality of rejecting corruption and upholding integrity.It is a deep mechanism formed in all activities that are influenced,restricted and directed by the value orientation and spiritual pursuit of integrity.From the perspective of cultural philosophy,the cultural self-being of integrity culture originates from the excellent traditional Chinese culture,shines with the national spirit,and highlights the Chinese style and Chinese manner.The scientific nature of Marxism activates the progressiveness nature of the culture of integrity,and makes the culture of integrity a selfconsciousness culture with the people’s position,problem consciousness and practical character.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture endows the culture of integrity with theoretical connotations and mission responsibilities in the new era.And Xi Jinping Thought on Culture guides the culture of integrity in the new era from self-being to self-consciousness from multiple perspectives such as culture,excellent traditional Chinese culture,the combination of Marxism and excellent traditional Chinese culture,cultural self-consciousness and cultural confidence,and the common value of all mankind.
