摘 要:卵巢癌是全球女性中第八大常见癌症和第五大致命癌症,术前准确评估卵巢-附件肿块的良恶性对于制订患者护理计划、优化手术方式及改善患者预后至关重要。卵巢-附件超声报告和数据系统(ovarian-adnexal ultrasound reporting and data system, O-RADS US)依据标准化的超声词典,使用基于影像形态学的数字评分来指示恶性肿瘤的风险,对卵巢-附件肿块进行风险分层,并提供管理指导。本文就O-RADS US的临床意义及应用价值、O-RADS US与不同诊断指标的联合应用、国内外研究热点、不足及发展方向等进行综述。Ovarian cancer is the eighth most common and fifth deadliest cancer among women worldwide.Accurate preoperative assessment of the benign and malignant nature of ovarian-adnexal masses is essential for planning patient care,optimizing surgical approaches,and improving patient prognosis.Ovarian-adnexal ultrasound reporting and data system(O-RADS US)provides risk stratification of ovarian-adnexal masses based on a standardized ultrasound lexicon using a numeric score based on image morphology to indicate risk of malignancy and provide management guidance.This article reviews the clinical significance and application value of O-RADS US,the combined application of O-RADS US with different diagnostic indexes,and the hotspots,shortcomings,and development directions of domestic and international research.
