弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者化疗前后免疫功能变化的临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者开展化疗治疗前后免疫功能的变化。方法选取2020年11月—2023年6月江南大学附属医院收治的85例初治弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者为研究对象,对自然杀伤细胞(naturalkillercell,NK)细胞水平、B淋巴细胞群以及T淋巴细胞群完成检测并进行临床对比。结果与化疗前比较,化疗后初治弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者CD19+水平、NK细胞水平以及T淋巴细胞亚群水平呈现出显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。85例初治弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者有67例有效,18例无效。化疗前,相比于化疗无效组,化疗有效组在T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞表达方面水平更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化疗后弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者的免疫功能有所改善。Objective To investigate the changes of immune function in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma before and after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 85 newly treated patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma from the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from November 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.The natural killer cell level,B lymphocyte population and T lymphocyte population were detected and clinically com⁃pared.Results Compared with before chemotherapy,CD19+levels,NK cell levels and T lymphocyte subsets of pa⁃tients initially treated with DLBCL after chemotherapy showed significant improvement,and the differences were sta⁃tistically significant(all P<0.05).Of 85 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma treated initially,67 were effective and 18 were ineffective.Before chemotherapy,the expression level of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in the effec⁃tive chemotherapy group was better than that in the ineffective chemotherapy group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The immune function of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma improved after chemotherapy.
