苯扎氯铵漱口对化疗相关口腔真菌感染的治疗效果及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨苯扎氯铵漱口对化疗相关口腔真菌感染的治疗效果及生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2023年3月福建医科大学附属第二医院147例接受化疗并出现口腔真菌感染的血液病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(73例)和观察组(74例)。对照组患者给予制霉菌素溶液漱口治疗;观察组患者在制霉菌素溶液漱口的基础上,给予0.01%苯扎氯铵漱口。比较2组患者临床疗效、生活质量、治疗满意度及不良反应发生率的差别。结果观察组有效率为85.14%(63/74),而对照组有效率为72.60%(53/73),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.340,P=0.042)。观察组疼痛/不舒服、焦虑/抑郁、总体状态等方面的生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而行动能力、自己照顾自己、日常活动评分与对照组相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总满意度为90.54%(67/74),而对照组总满意度为71.23%(52/73),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.846,P=0.012)。观察组总体不良反应发生率为4.05%(3/74),而对照组为2.74%(2/73),差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.194,P=0.660)。结论苯扎氯铵联合制霉菌素漱口可以提高化疗相关口腔真菌感染的治疗效果,改善生活质量,提高治疗满意度,安全性高。Objective To explore the nursing effect of benzalkonium chloride gargle on chemotherapy related oral fungal infection and the impact of quality of life.Methods A total of 147 hematological patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University who underwent chemotherapy and developed chemotherapy related oral fungal infection from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group(73 cases)and the observation group(74 cases)using a random number table method.The patients in the control group were given gargle nursing care of nystatin solution,and the patients in the observation group were given 0.01%benzalkonium chloride gargle on the basis of the nystatin solution gargle.The differences in nursing effect,quality of life,treatment satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 85.14%(63/74),while the effective rate of the control group was 72.60%(53/73),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.340,P=0.042).The quality-of-life scores of pain/discomforts,anxiety/depression and overall state in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of action ability,self-care and daily activities were similar to the control group,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 90.54%(67/74),while the total satisfaction rate of the control group was 71.23%(52/73),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.846,P=0.012).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.05%(3/74),while in the control group it was 2.74%(2/73),the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.194,P=0.660).Conclusion Benzalkonium chloride combined with nystatin gargle can improve the nursing effect of chemotherapy related oral fungal infection,improve the quality of life and nursin
