摘　　要：目的探讨葡萄膜炎患者的患病体验,为相关干预管理提供参考。方法采用现象学研究方法,对15名葡萄膜炎患者进行半结构式深入访谈,运用Colaizzi-7步分析法整理分析资料。结果共提炼出复杂症状并存、曲折的诊疗经历、社会生活影响、情绪影响(复发恐惧与不确定感、自责与歉疚、对药物副作用的顾虑、诊疗中的无奈与惊喜)及就医获得感5个主题。结论临床上应正确认识葡萄膜炎患者现存问题,重视患者患病感受和需求,探索有针对性干预方案,增强患者治疗信心,满足患者支持性照护需求,提升患者就医获得感,加强专业指导。Objective This study aimed to investigate the experience of patients with uveitis and provide evidence for related intervention management.Methods A total of 15 patients with uveitis were interviewed by a semi-structured in-depth interview using the phenomenological method.The data were analyzed by the Colaizzi-7-step analysis method.Results Overall,5 themes were extracted:coexistence of complex symptoms,tortuous diagnosis and treatment experience,social life impact,emotional impact(fear of recurrence and uncertainty,self-blame and guilt,concerns about side effects of drugs,helplessness and surprise in diagnosis and treatment),and sense of access to medical treatment.Conclusion Medical personnel should correctly understand the existing problems of uveitis patients,pay attention to their feelings and needs,explore targeted intervention programs,promote patients'confidence in treatment,meet patients'supportive care needs,raise patients'sense of access to medical treatment,and strengthen professional guidance.
