摘  要:透明质酸(hyaluronan,HA)是细胞外基质的重要成分,在肿瘤间质中异常潴留,参与肿瘤微环境的重构。据报道,HA及其相关代谢酶、受体与肿瘤细胞可塑性改变密切相关,在肿瘤干细胞干性维持、上皮-间充质转换(epithelial to mesenchymal transition,EMT)、获得性耐药等过程中均发挥重要的调节作用。本文对HA在调节肿瘤细胞可塑性中作用的研究进展进行了综述。Hyaluronan(HA)is an important component of extracellular matrix,which can abnormally accumulate in tumor stroma.HA plays an important role in the reconstruction of tumor microenvironment.It is reported that HA,its metabolic enzymes and receptors were closely related to tumor cell plasticity.HA participates in the regulation of the cell stemness maintenance,epithelial to mesenchymal transition(EMT)and acquired multidrug resistance.This article will summarize and discuss HA's role in the regulation of tumor cell plasticity.
