前瞻性护理管理理念在消毒供应室管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨前瞻性护理管理理念在消毒供应室管理中的应用效果。方法:将2021年1—11月徐州市沛县中医院消毒供应中心35件器械和15名工作人员作为对照组,将2021年12月—2022年10月消毒供应中心35件器械和15名工作人员作为观察组。对照组实行常规管理方案,观察组应用前瞻性护理管理理念。比较两组器械的管理合格情况、工作人员对器械消毒质量的满意度、器械表面采样评分以及供应室工作人员的工作态度。结果:观察组器械清洗合格、数量准确、外包装完好、放大镜检测合格占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组器械消毒质量总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。管理前,两组器械表面采样评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,两组器械表面采样评分高于管理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作人员服务意识、安全问题防范意识以及差错防范意识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前瞻性护理管理理念在消毒供应室管理中的应用效果理想,能够提高器械管理合格率以及工作人员的积极性,优化消毒供应室工作质量,提高消毒满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of prospective nursing management concept in disinfection supply room management.Methods:A total of 35 devices and 15 staff in the Disinfection Supply Center of Peixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to November 2021 were selected as the control group,while a total of 35 devices and 15 staff in the Disinfection Supply Center of Peixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group implemented routine management scheme,and the observation group implemented prospective nursing management concept.The device management qualification,the satisfaction of the staff with the device disinfection quality,the sampling scores on the surface of the device and the working attitude of the staff in the supply room were compared between two groups.Results:The proportions of qualified device cleaning,accurate quantity,intact outer packaging,and qualified by magnifying glass testing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with the device disinfection quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.039).Before management,there was no significant difference in the sampling scores on the surface of the device between the two groups(P>0.05);After management,the sampling scores on the surface of the device in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of staff’s service awareness,safety problem precaution awareness and error precaution awareness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of prospective nursing managemen
