摘  要:随着高频感应加热技术的不断发展,铝箔封口机的技术逐渐成熟,因其是一种非接触式加热方式,具有绿色环保、节能、低成本、高效率等优势,不仅在工业领域拥有巨大的市场需求,在其他领域也都有了广泛应用。项目采用国产控制器,ARM+FPGA的主控模式,采用电压型逆变器为感应线圈供电,负载匹配采用LCLC谐振回路的拓扑结构,选用触摸屏方便人机交互。本文对智能高速铝箔封口机控制器的设计进行了详细的介绍,系统结构简单、性能稳定、加工速度快等特点。With the continuous development of high-frequency induction heating technology,the technology of aluminum foil sealing machine is gradually maturing.As a non-contact heating method,it has advantages such as green environmental protection,energy conservation,low cost,and high efficiency.It not only has huge market demand in the industrial field,but also has wide applications in other fields.The project adopts a domestic controller,ARM+FPGA main control mode,and uses a voltage source inverter to supply power to the induction coil.The load matching adopts a topology structure of LCLC resonant circuit,and a touch screen is selected to facilitate human-machine interaction.This article provides a detailed introduction to the design of an intelligent high-speed aluminum foil sealing machine controller,which has the characteristics of simple system structure,stable performance,and fast processing speed.
